How Do I Know When Raids Will Start or End?

Paying attention to the announcements found in the discord or telegram you can see when the date of the Raid was launched.

A specific raid + farm can be functional anywhere between 1-5 months.

The number under "End" will give you an indication of when the particular Raid will be complete. If a partner does not end up rejoining the Alliance then their particular farm will also be removed.

The higher the number shown in the "End" section, the longer the particular raid will be. As you can see from the above picture that each "End" time is longer than the previous which means UNDEAD raid ends first, then DEP, then NAUT

How do i translate block time?

This will be a way you can estimate when a particular block time will be

First you will find the particular raid you are wanting to see when the time will end which you can find under the details for "End."

Shown here for $UNDEAD is 258,568 blocks until the end.

You will then go to this website from FTMScan

This will automatically pull up the latest block that was validated, you can refresh the page to get as close as you can.

You will then add the current block in which case is 34,583,546 to the end time block show in the raid which was 258,568

Estimated block is then 34,842,114 which you'll enter into the search bar. Press the blue magnifying glass button to enter in and search.

So the block 34,842,114 will be validated in approximately 2 days 23 hours 48 min and 28 seconds.

Keep in mind this is just a rough estimate and that because individual blocks can vary based on congestion this date may change.

What happens when a partner Raid Pool is closed?

When the pool is closed: The pool will be moved into the "Inactive" pool page, where you can unstake your $dKNIGHT

We will often try to renew our partnerships with other projects to keep the continuity, however sometimes the project may not be able to continue in which case the Raid Pool will be inactive and the linked farm will also be taken down.

If a partnership is extended a new Raid Pool will be placed up (generally within 24-48 hours) and the existing farm will remain.

Some partnerships are apart of our Core ecosystem and will generally have farms + raids renewed. These are the current Core partnerships.

What Influences The APR on Raids?

  1. TVL

  2. Price of KNIGHT

  3. Price of Raided Asset

Remember that APR is simply a representation, the RAIDS have a fixed amount of tokens that are provided by the partner project to be given out to our $KNIGHT holders.

TVL can be found by pressing the arrow for the drop down and you can see TVL displayed.

As TVL goes up you can think of your share of the "pie" as decreasing which means that the amount of tokens you are receiving if nothing else changes will decrease as more TVL is allocated, and the opposite if TVL decreases.

The price of $dKNIGHT increasing will reduce the APR because now each $dKNIGHT token is worth more and so the TVL is increasing. The price of $dKNIGHT decreasing would then increase APR as there is less TVL in the raid.

Price of raided asset goes up- This will now increase the APR because the value of the underlying token has increased which means to generate the same amount of tokens provided the APR must go up. Conversely if the price of the raided asset goes down, the APR will also reduce. As these variables generally do not happen in isolation APR can be constantly changing.
